Twitter Help

Is less than useless. On 30 April, I was blocked from posting for 1 hour for excessive posting. So, I queried it with Twitter Help. I get a link back from them, pointing to a help page about blocking other people. They didn't read my question at all, just spotted the word "block" and carried on on autopilot. How mediocre can you get, leaving to one side the fact it took them 5 days to get back to me.

I have never tried Twitter, but blocking someone for "excessive posting"???? The help response isn't surprising. I've had things like that just skimmed too.

Wonder of Twitter is owned by AOL? :}
