A very mild day, with the mercury peaking not far off 15C / 59F this afternoon. This is not due to the sun, which has little force at this time of year, but rather more to a strong current of mild air off the Atlantic. We went on a shortish walk of about 4 km / 2.5 miles. It took us past the newest estate in this town, and some abandoned sports pitches then as far as the main road from Arnhem into Velp, then back through a few leafy estates.
