The day dawned bright and sunny, and it wasn't until nightfall that the cloud started to increase from the west. After the overnight fireworks extravaganza, it took a while for folks to materialise. However, when we went off for an amble around the woods (3½ miles), the place was heaving. Probably trying to walk off their hangovers.
