Yup, it rained again, but the weather further north in the Netherlands is getting quite severe. A cold snap is trying to push in from the east. Poland has temperatures around -15C, and northern Holland is at -3C, with freezing rain. That makes transport very difficult, and interferes with the overhead high-voltage powergrid. Even in our area, which is about 100 miles south of the freezing rain, gets blips on the electric. Took the bike out to Velp for some shopping, and I helped my dad with some admin work for fundraiser for the church.

I hope it doesn't rain the whole time you're there. Or would that be normal weather there? It's kind of nice, in its own way, though, when it's cold and/or rainy when visiting relatives and friends. Makes for nice, cozy conversation filled evenings.
