Tuesday 12 January
Overcast and showery today, with some pretty hefty downpours. Felt quite cold, well, 5C / 41F is NOT warm. Went to the cemetery to place flowers over my mother's grave, as I do before heading off again. Tomorrow, I shall travel to the Western Isles once more, so I'm now closing the Shell Gallery, until my next visit to Holland.
Monday 11 January
Quite an overcast day. Had the opportunity to go into the church for some pictures, as it is unique. A protestant church with a mural, not often seen. The church was built in 1758, the current organ dates back to 1880. The texts on the mural read (left to right): Go forth and do likewise; All that draw breath praise the Lord; Veneration in spirit and truth.
