We are cold again with "drizzley showers" (the TV weatherman's words). I've had to turn the furnace on again this morning becuase of the bone chilling cold. Loved the pictures...keep them coming. We live in east central Alabama here in the United States. I had to go pick up my daughter yesterday. She had been visiting her best friend in South Carolina. I met Molly, Allison's Mother, in Atlanta, Georgia, about half-way for each of us. Allison came back with us. We took the girls to Stone Mountain in Georgia. It was 100 degrees, so we only got out of the truck once because of the sweltering heat, but I did get some pretty good pictures. I especially love the ones of the grist mill, the riverboat, and the covered bridge. I would love to do a collection of covered bridge photos. There are several in the state of Alabama. You hiked 11 miles? Sheesh! I'd be lucky to make it one mile, lol.

Blessings!~

Susan
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1184077861066442541.post-78348643414229042732008-06-08T19:16:00.000+02:002008-06-08T19:16:00.000+02:00It's been as warm here today and at the coast.It's...It's been as warm here today and at the coast.
It's sounds like you had a lovely day.
Hugs
CarolxxAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1184077861066442541.post-54909794052948504262008-06-08T23:22:00.000+02:002008-06-08T23:22:00.000+02:00wonderful pictures; liked the one with the path se...wonderful pictures; liked the one with the path

seemed like a nice day

bettyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1184077861066442541.post-17816645023106684292008-06-09T22:29:00.000+02:002008-06-09T22:29:00.000+02:00Ah, 80F sounds delightful in comparison with our h...Ah, 80F sounds delightful in comparison with our heat scorcher today.
